The first part is easy. It tells you how to connect the nc2 to Reaper. That is a no brainer, since it will show up in the list of midi devices after you have connected the nc2 to your pc/laptop. The second part tells you how to configure your nc2. This is extensively explained in the Korg documentation. You need to install the Korg configuration software which is downloadable from the Korg site. I tried and tested the nc2 and it is really cool for a live setup. I couldn't use it much in a studio setup since you have to reset all sliders every time you open an existing project. The nc2 is not capable of receiving midi messages from Reaper. If you want that/need that the Behringer BCF2000 is your best/cheapest choice.
